Dates are as follows:
- Orders received February 1st through February 25th will be delivered to the AV Office the week of March 2nd.
- Orders received February 26th through March 25th will be delivered to the AV Office the week of March 30th.
- Orders for the 2025-2026 academic year will close March 26th.
